A few queries and doubts

1. I am unable to view or download certificated from Apple developer account, it countinously pops up a message the "The selected team's agent, Paul Bignier must agree to the latest Program License Agreement in their developer account. ".
2. I was wondering if I could get a document or something which mentions how the third-party libs and java are bundled (presently in .app), because I found so many ways, so it lead me to a bit of confusion.
3. Also currently the app (available on the website ) has java bundled in the thirdparty folder, but it is recommended to put the same in plugins Folder, outside contents, so can I do the same, or is it necessary to be in thirdparty folder.
4. I am thinking to bundle the jre-8u171 with the app, everything works fine with the same however a jre1.8.0_51 is provided by svn so which is better in your opinion.

I have asked my mentor about these doubts, so as I can get working.
