Finally figured out why 2 icons

Two icons were coming because Apple Script was not exiting even after the execution was over.
Also to get proper path, pathToResource() was supposed to be used. Solutions

1. Pushing the input and out-put of shell script to background.
2. Adding "tell me to quit" in apple-script just after shell script.

Hoping for Best.
